We engineered this Maroubra North masterpiece with robust double brick walls, reinforced concrete slabs, and a concrete roof to ensure coastal durability and thermal efficiency. Soaring three-metre cedar entry doors, floor to ceiling glazing, and structurally integrated skylights capture panoramic ocean vistas while reflecting our dedication to precision and longevity.
Our team specified double-brick load-bearing walls and full-depth concrete slabs, then finished the exterior in white-set render to resist salt air and UV exposure. Commercial-grade, thermally broken window frames and sealed skylights were chosen for corrosion resistance, while engineered steel supports enable the dramatic open atrium and uninterrupted ocean views.
Inside, we laid European oak flooring and Palermo grey marble tiles on underfloor heating ducts for both warmth and elegance. The Alba Marble kitchen island and Patagonia stone benches sit on reinforced sub-frames, paired with Miele appliances and a concealed butler’s pantry. Every bathroom features Ondas stone, Striati vanities, and Phoenix tapware, all mechanically anchored for long-term stability.
