We built this Brighton le Sands showpiece on a double brick, concrete slab platform to ensure unmatched structural resilience, thermal performance, and acoustic separation. From volcanic limestone baths and Bianco Perla marble accents to integrated VRV climate control and Nero home-automation, every element reflects our dedication to premium craftsmanship and innovative building solutions.
We engineered reinforced concrete slabs and full-brick walls, capped with a concrete roof, to deliver long lasting durability and superior thermal mass. Precision placed steel framing allows for expansive, column-free interiors and generous ceiling heights, while commercial-grade glazing maximises natural light and maintains energy efficiency.
Our fit-out team installed black American walnut flooring on the upper level and Bianco Perla marble throughout the bathrooms and ground floor. The oversized master ensuite boasts a volcanic limestone freestanding bath, phoenix tapware, and a custom timber-veneer wardrobe. In the kitchen, we supported a 110 mm Calacatta marble island on reinforced sub-frames and fitted Cosentino Dekton benches with Frankie fixtures and Miele appliances for lasting performance.
